I am so afraid to scratch these pans that I’m treating them with kid gloves. But the other day I did slice something in one without thinking and no scratch marks left. I have frozen food in them, cooked at 425, and stuck them in the dishwasher. Food slides right off, very easy to clean. Update your pans! I should have done it long ago. Great price too.

These are good quality, well made old fashioned baking pans. If properly cared for I would expect them to last indefinitely. Even baking, and easy clean up.
