I have been exhausted and in a state of fatigue for the past year of my life, resulting from high stress levels over a long period of time. After numerous visits to the doctor to get blood work done and failed trail and error on different medication(mostly SSRI), I decided to purchase this product after reading into the Daoist principle of the 3 treasures, Jing, Qi, and Shen. By there understanding, Jing is the essence of everything, it is what determines who we are, our energy, physical build, sort of like the wick of a candle supports the flame, our Jing supports our life. Through things like drug use, high stress, injuries, we can use our Jing up faster than it can be restored until you get into a state of poor health. What this formula claims to do is to replenish and restore your deepest levels of energy reserves(yin Jing). Although I have been taking this product for a week, I already feel what I though was an impossible recovery, from what I understand this formula is very powerful. I feel more alive, able to get out of bed in the morning, more willing to face my activities of the day. Maybe too early to say whether it is a great product of not but it seems to be helping me. I will definantly be buying this again(sorry for poor grammar).

I don’t like to write reviews because it is based on individual health. But after seeing an acupuncturist I was told my right kidney was not functioning fully. I did not mention to the doctor that it was damaged. So in Chinese medicine when organs are not functioning. It causes other organs in our body’s to behave badly. I ordered this for my yin to get stronger. I have taken it for two weeks and feel a subtle shift in my body. I do not think this is crap as one reviewer said. It’s with an open mind you take supplements to help.God bless those who try and find what they need to continue a healthy life.

This tonic truly builds yin and resolves ailments caused by yin deficiency. My lifestyle has depleted my yin, causing unbalanced yang rising, resulting in agitation and insomnia among other symptoms. I take this before bed and it has such a calming and soothing effect (not sedating), that I fall into a deep and content sleep that lasts all night. Thank you!

This stuff gets to me so much faster through amazon and it’s great if you are depleted. Subtle but profound. Will replenish the body in ways nothing else will.
