It works amazing on keep my back loose. On high it gets almost to hot but when working out side it helps keep you warm. The vibration is a bit noisy but helps alot. The battery lasts alot longer when I don't use the vibration. I can go almost all day just using just the heater. I have worn a back brace for many yrs and when I still need extra support I just ware it over top as long as I turn it on before putting on my backbrace.

Well made, works great, better than any other heating deviice i have used. Timer prevents over use and saves battery. I recommend getting a spare battery.

I like that the heat and vibration intensities are strong and that there is a 30-minute automatic shutoff, so I can use it to get to sleep.What I don't like is that the control pad is far to my right, so to see it, I have to twist....and twisting my sprained back is painful. So, I have learned to use a mirror to make adjustments. Minor but worth considering on future models.I also find the battery pack to have a short life. It shuts off in the middle of my second cycle - if battery life can't be increased, I suggest you make additional batteries available so there can always be one on charge while another is in use.

Plenty of power when charged for full heat and massage, although it doesn't appear to last for more than about 3 uses.After-all, it is only a battery powered massage belt, so I didn't expect it to last for much more than about three or four uses.But still worth the price.

Bought for mom and she said it wasn’t powerful enough and didn’t heat up hot enough. Replacing w/ an electric powered one.

I have no complaints. Everything is still working. And it does exactly what it says, nothing else to say, besides, it works for me in my life, i'm being on the road all the time

I really liked this product. The massage part was comfortable. The heat was perfect! The only problem was it stopped working after a few uses! It was the connection inside the pocket I guess because the battery pack was completely charged. Disappointed.
