Q: Will this fit a model 395 type 5

If the Model 395 type 5 takes 1/8" bits, they should work. I have a Model 4000 and I don't have any issues at all. I absolutely love mine.

Q: Which cut off wheels can be used to trim off the excess of a 1/4 bolt??

I do not think any of them will work....these accessory kit is filled with very cheap tools. I now go to Home Depot and go to the dremel section. Much more reliable.

Q: Do all the cases have those same cheap plastic tips that hold the tools in. I ordered the 327 piece set and several of the plastic tips we're broken

Q: How much polishing compound do you get in ounces?

It cld be around 10.5oz. Depends on what you buy co.'s can all have slight differences.
