Q: Does this lotion help with small bumps, kinda like pimples but they are not that?

I do not think this will get rid of your small bumps on your skin. My Dermatologist recommended it because I have very dry skin. It is amazing how this has helped my dry skin, and wrinkles.

I don't think so. Sure does work well for softening skin and reducing crepey skin though!
