Q: What is the ram clearance for a second fan?

It's pretty tight. I had to offset the fan up about a 1/2 inch. However I went from 65°C to 32°C.

Q: Will this fit the NR200?

I do not know. I installed it on an Intel i9

Q: How will this perform compared to a noctua nh-d12l?

Not 100% sure on compared to noctua, deff could use a second fan but in the NP200R case it held at 72-3 with the original fan it came with. That was running a 7600x so not pushing to much there all and all I was fine with its cooling capacity. I needed something white and that leaves little choices.
