I chew these after meals and it does help with bad breath. Dentists recommended xylitol gum to help reduce plaque burden and cavities after eating, so far I'd say that's true and have seen a reduction in buildup.It's a typical xylitol gum, the flavor vanishes in moments and it can become tacky pr interesting to chew. Best gum. No chemicals. Helps keep your teeth healthy. The only issue is that the flavor doesn't last long.

I did not do my research enough, its my fault. I was looking for aspartame free gums and came across this. Purchased it, enjoyed some but now I'm finding out that consuming erythritol can increase risk of heart attack and stroke, what?! I know small amounts are ok but still worried.
