Great water fountain. Purchased on offer to replace my old cat water fountain that was covered in limescale. Easy to clean and put together. Received email from the company with instructions on the filters and a warranty too. Silent functioning and easy to use, the water flows as it detects movement whether that be me walking past or one of my cats going to drink. Water is circulated well and constantly fresh. Took my cats a couple of days to realise it was for them as it is different to my old one. I find they drink more water with a water fountain. I have kept mine plugged in but it can be recharged if used without the lead/plug. Looks good and nice and compact, well worth the money. Looks strong and hard wearing. Really easy to clean which is helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Been using the stainless steel sensor cat water fountain for 2 weeks now. It great. Love the fact it’s rechargeable so no wires everywhere and water only runs when Sophia (our kitten) approaches to get a drink. Being stainless steel it keeps the water nice and cool. It’s a large capacity so lasts all day/evening. There is no noise whilst the water is not running and only a trickle when it’s running. Definitely recommend and great price too.

This item was really good so I bought a second one for a friend. It was easy to get spare filters for it from Amazon, the machine looks modern and hygienic and the battery life is crazy long. I have put the first one on charge now… it lasted since last November! The cats all like it and it is quiet in operation. I have no reservations at all in recommending it, and I have just put my first one through the dishwasher and it survived and came out lovely. Not sure if you are supposed to but just saying I did and it was fine.

I have had a water fountain for my pets for years - this is by far the best! It is stainless steel and easy to clean. We use ours plugged in with constant water flow. It has a sensor on it to detect when the water is too low and the light glows red - easy to see when it needs filling up. There are options to run constant flow or detect animal to initiate flow. Both work well. The unit also has a battery in built so it doesn’t need to be positioned close to a socket to be used - just charge the battery and put it anywhere! The filters are readily available and not expensive. We have two dogs and the filters last about 4-5 weeks. Cleaning the fountain is easy because all parts are light and they fit well together. I did a lot of research before buying this and am really happy with it (as are my dogs).

This worked great out of the box but after the first battery charge it refuses to work unless it's plugged in. This isn't a problem as far as my cats are concerned as they like the full time running water hence the 2 star but it's not very good if you want to use it under battery power. Would not recommend product.EDIT: Was sent a replacement by the company and this has since worked flawlessly. Thanks Jane for getting in touch and sorting out a replacement.

Cats love it, keeps the water lovely and clean, don’t have to change the water too often, battery and filters last ages. Lots of fountains on the market, but this seems to be the best and the filters are reasonably priced.

The item was initially working very well, but the battery/sensor became very weak within a year - I have now to charge it every 5 days , so the 4l container makes no sense anymore, and I expect the product to be of no use in the next few months. I have tried to find the replacement battery but no luckGiven lots of plastic involved , I would expect the to last much longer or parts being available. I’m really unhappy about that. We live in times when plastic objects which last long, should be a part of a well functioning device. I am really unhappy about the product.They now sell a newer version , but I expect the same fault so will look for another brand when the times comes.

The media could not be loaded. This stainless steel wireless water fountain is a game-changer! No cords for the bunnies to chew, easy to clean, and the sensor makes water flow like I've given them their own mini creek. My bunny drank, flopped over, and fully approved!The cat? She turned it into a splash pad at first (of course), but after that initial mess, she’s been fine with it.Clean water, no chewed cables, and no hassle. Highly recommended!
