I feel like this supplement has been helpful with my diet and eases digestive issues. I'm now just about finished with my second month of using them.

Great quality and effective for me at regulating some of the intestinal issues.

Great product. My digestive issues all went away one I started taking this! Now I can have milk and other things without the “problems!”

These were good probiotics. They helped with bloating and regularity. They were easy to swallow and tasteless. The only con was they were pricier for a smaller bottle but they were effective.

Like that it is both pre/pro biotics.
