For £16 this is a bargain . The Bluetooth connection is convenient compared to others in the price range which are all dongles. Works faultlessly on new Teams and PowerPoint presentations. Loverly stand too.

Brilliant device, the mute, presentation and pointer functions work brilliantly. Haven't figured out what the Teams button does yet...

I needed a pointer for a forthcoming public presentation, one of the key things I need is either a laser pointer or the ability to point at parts of the projected screen to highlight certain things. This is advertised as having a pointer ... what it doesn't tell you is that it only creates a cursor on your own computer screen, it's of no use to point at things on a projector.Given this, and that next to the item it says "Free returns with no postage costs for any reason" I requested a return. The seller however refused to cover the postage costs for 'change of mind' which is clearly not as advertised. So I've had to go and buy another different one, and am stuck with this too. Really poor service, neither the product nor the P&P is as advertised.

Was a bit skeptical about the purchase as I saw many reviews saying it didn't work with the New Teams. However mine came and though it didn’t work at first, with the firmware 1.23, it was soon updated to 1.25 and started working perfectly.For reference the Teams I’m using is:24215.1007.3082.1590Client 49/24080212008

Bluetooth, rechargable (no batteries), slimline and easy to use. Just perfect. I deliver a lot of presentation content in-person as well as online and was in the market for a slide clicker that didn't need a dongle or one that requires the headache of battery swaps. When I heard about the Microsoft Presenter, I felt like I'd hit the jackpot as it seemed to do everything I needed (as well as a few Teams-centric things that I didn't need). The product is neat, around 10cm long 3cm wide and 1cm deep, really well made and a pleasure to hold in the hand. the buttons are programmable using the Microsoft Accessory Center app, free to download from the Microsoft store. buttons like the microphone and back button are concave, while the forward button, pointer button and Teams button are convex, making it east to orient yourself to the handset without looking. Some reviews mentioned that it needs to be firmware updated (with the Accessory Center app) for best use. Mine didn't need any updating, it was ready to pair and use out of the box. The other feature that comes in for criticism is the apparent lack of a laser pointer. It's true, the device doesn't have a laser, but it does have a pointer button - curious! It all makes sense when using PowerPoint as the button activates the slideshow pointer and responds like an air mouse wand. Wave the controller, and your software laser pointer will mimic your movements. The mic button is backlit in red when pressed to mute or toggled too - very Elegant. Simple brilliance. I can't comment on the Mac functionality yet, with on Windows 11, it's a no brainer at this price.

Bought this to control presentation and Teams, I haven't tested it with Windows but on Mac OS most of the buttons don't work. I was really hoping to use the mute button for meetings where you are not directly involved and can be roaming around the desk/room but it didn't work as well with Mac OS (Sonoma)

Brilliant little device that works fine on Teams "classic", but doesn't currently work on the new version of MS Teams.Using the old Teams, it's great and works exactly as expected. I just wish it worked on the New version of Teams.Update 1.6.24:It does now work in New Teams, but not all functions, such as hand raise. Mute works fine, and most other functions.
