The scent is pleasing and it provided optimal results for my skin upon initial use.

Stains
I bought this thinking it was the non-staining turmeric powder (kasturi turmeric (curcuma aromatica)) but this turmeric does stain. Bought it to make cosmetic products like body scrubs and face masks but the staining obviously is not desirable.
