Q: Do you dredge in flour, egg and then in the fry mix or can you just coat chicken in fry mix alone? Gonna be air fried

Here is my top secret way of doing it. Flour the chicken before hand longer the better as the flour acts as the "glue* between the chicken and the mix. Just before cooking take some more flour and soda water. Make a thick batter. Dip floured chicken into batter and then into the mix. Pan fry for a few minutes to set everything and the pop it in the he oven instead of the air fryer. For a really authentic crunch mix 50/50 panko bread crumbs and spice mix.

Hi its a little bit spicier than a kfc, the curry flavour referred to in other reviews must be for the chinese and chip shop currys also made by mister marinade

Yes it can be used I'm the airfryer. It's a really tasty spice mix. I have used it with yogurt and egg and both are a great glue for the dry mix.
