I like the computer because it works fast and it loads fast .When I find something Is not laggy for me. It works perfect and the battery it last very long.

This computer should either have a backlit keyboard or a different keyboard, such as dark letters on light keys or dark keys with white letters. The dark silver on light silver doesn't work well. Thankfully, I can touch type, but since this laptop has a number pad on the left side, I have to be careful. I also had a problem shortly after getting everything set up. I could login, but then screen went black. I knew " was there, but when rebooting didn't work, I had to resort to "talking" to a virtual assistant since no phone number was available. It was a frustrating experience because either the assistant didn't ask the right questions, or I didn't give the right answers. I finally did get there, however, and when I got a contact phone number the CSR helped me fix the problem quickly. I had to hold down the power button for at least 15 seconds before turning it back on. I made a complaint about no available phone for new buyers. Other than those issues, the computer seems to work fine. My warning, though, is that if you think the keyboard may be a problem, it probably will be. Hold out for a backlit board.

Just what we ordered

I purchased this May 7th as a graduation gift. Gave the gift on May 26th and the recipient just got around to setting it up yesterday. Today, the screen goes BLACK. Hooked it up to power chord - still doesn’t turn on. Gave it time to charge (about 45 min) still won’t power on. And I can’t get a refund because it is out of return window. Don’t waste your time or money. Move on

I bought this laptop to replace my old HP laptop. This new has touch screen, vibrant screen, very fast, 1tb memory space. Other reviews complained about the keyboard being hard to see. I have mine attached to a hub and use and cordless keyboard so that was no issue. So far it's serving its purpose.

I bought this laptop as a backup since my Acer of about 5 years was beginning to literally die, poor baby she was making some awful noises. I saw this HP laptop as an upgrade because it was a little smaller and had touchscreen options. However, what I didn't pay attention to were the USB outlets. I typically need 3 and there are only two. Other than that I thought everything else was good. So it's been about 3 days since I've used my laptop and I noticed that he begins to get hot underneath really fast, and the battery casing also gets out like burning out with less than an hour of use. I can't use my laptop on my lap because my legs would burn, I have it propped up on some squares to allow air to flow underneath. For my occupation I see clients throughout the day and have sessions online. Today, mind you I did a restart before my session started, however during session my laptop closed everything and restarted 3 times with in a 10 minute period. Thank God I had a very understanding client and was able to redirect to a phone appointment, but even when that happened, my laptop still went to black and did a restart, I didn't even have a lot of programs running, and my battery life was full. I have a few days left for returning this laptop, after removing everything and resetting to factory settings I plan to send it back, bummed but can't operate business this way. I provided 2 stars for the keys and camera slide shield.

Bluetooth never worked. Came with defect, I’ve purchased a usb flash to connect my devices via Bluetooth.Overall the computer is working well.
