Q: What is the difference, if any, between an at-lp5x direct-drive turntable & an at-lp5x fully manual direct-drive turntable?

No difference in this case. They are the same. The Audio-Technica AT-LP5X only comes in manual direct drive. Direct drive turns the platter versus belt driven platter. And is only manual operation, which means you have to start it by using the control knob to set the platter rotation speed (33/45/78). You move the tonearm into place and you have to return the tonearm after the record is finished. A fully automatic turntable will move the tonearm into place, and at end of record, auto-lift it and return it back to the tonearm rest by itself without your intervention.

Q: Is this unit wireless?

No, this unit (AT-LP5x) does not have any built-in wireless/Bluetooth options. You could buy a Bluetooth adapter and connect it to back of this unit as this unit has a built-in phono stage.

Q: Are the feet height adjustable?
