Wanted to bring out my Remington 870 out Quail hunting to put some rounds though it. It has stayed home as home protection. This plug dropped right in and limited my magazine capacity to two shells as intended. Splattered painted the plug so my buddies cannot switch their old plugs/sticks with this new one.

Hubby had to file it a little bit but it works fine and does the job it is intended for.

I recently purchased a Remington 1100 12 Gauge shotgun for upland hunting but the gun was not plugged. I ordered this plug because the plugs that Remington sell as "original" did not stay on the top of the spring and would slide up and down the shotshell chamber and while it did actually worked, I hated the sound of that piece of plastic moving up and down. I ordered this plug and it fits perfectly in my Remington Shotgun; stays in place, and was easy as heck to size. Quick tip: don't use a knife to size it, use some prunning sheers and it cuts perfectly. Anyway, I received the item within days of ordering it and am very happy with the product!

Fit right in just had to cut about an inch off of it to be able to fit only two 2 3/4 inch shells in the stock
