Incredible Customer Service
I ordered this for my son's birthday (it's today 9/7) and it came yesterday. The iPad wouldn't charge with the charger they sent OR with a C to lightning charger I have for my iPhone. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent a replacement! AND it arrived today in time for my son's birthday. Works great, holds a charge and charges great with the charger they included. Very happy with this seller and product!

I like it. Just worries about future,hope it will work long time ,not just1 year or less.Back side has scratches but I have case and it is ok. Important thing it is working well.. for this price I am happy 🥰👍

Apple ipads
My grandchildren twins five-year-olds love absolutely love their new iPads. They can watch the shows they like.. learn the alphabet. We have parental control. And they can play games. We do have to limit their time so that we get playtime outside.

It charged up very nicely and it holds a charge like new. It was rated excellent for refurbished and I hope it lasts. Some review are very mediocre. I just bought another one, didn't notice till after that was rated good.I hope it performs like the one I just bought, but I have an excellent item to compare it to...so my eyes and ears will be on full alert. I should add it was by another sell, but fr whats its worth its certified by Amazon. Battery is a huge thing to check when received. So I fully charge and let it site on for 24+ hours to check the draw, if any and go from there. AS a seasoned buyer I have learned that all sellers lie!
