Its banana flavour, i tried for last 2 days and tastes better plus relieves or dont feel muscle aches after exercise, while consuming in between exercises....Good...would have given 5 star later, when output results....later

I purchased this product on 14.09.2024 during the Big Billion Sale. I bought all the available flavors, three bottles each. On 16.04.2025, I opened the Strawberry Banana flavor, which has an expiry date of March 2026. To my shock, the bottle was full of worms and black-colored insects.I immediately contacted customer care and uploaded the invoice, warranty details, and shared everything on the WhatsApp number provided. They asked for video proof, which I also sent. However, they are now questioning why I didn't use the bottle within 9 months of purchase—despite the product clearly having a shelf life until March 2026.They claimed that the product should be consumed within 9 months regardless of the expiry date, which makes no sense. They also accused me of not storing it in a cold place, without any way of knowing how or where I stored it. It’s absurd and unprofessional to make such assumptions.The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. The executive was rude, unhelpful, and ultimately rejected the replacement request based solely on this arbitrary 9-month rule—which was never communicated or mentioned on the packaging.My advice: Please don’t buy this product. If you do, only buy one bottle at a time and make sure to record a video while opening the seal. Also, the taste is more like sugar syrup. I recommend going for trusted brands like ON or MB instead.
