Q: Does anyone have our issue with this? We just assembled it ant the armrests slide in fine but when you sit down and lean back the arms pop up and out

I had that happen initially but when I realized it, I pushed down on the armrest from the top with my whole body weight and force. Now the armrests are not popping out or loose.

Q: Is the material scratchy? I have a cat and I wonder if anyone with cats has had any issues?

I don't know how a cat will react to it, but to a human the fabric is soft and comfortable.

Q: Hi, does this come delivered in one big box? Is it light enough to be carried by one person up a flight of stairs.

Mine was delivered in two boxes. I live in a 4th floor walk up. Instead of carrying the boxes because they were too big for me I slide them up the stairs fairly easily.
