Firm, light weight, easy to carry anywhere
As expected. I use this daily to crack my back and also for my glutes. Its firm, yet very light, so easy to carry anywhere with you.

Works but the picture makes it look longer than it is.
This is a smaller roller. It's only a foot long. It's hard. I kind of wish I had gotten something a little softer. But works when I have a strain.

Great for therapy
It’s hard like the ones in physical therapy and a nice size. Works great under my desk.

Worth the purchase
This is a quality foam roller. It’s solid and doesn’t cave or dent with body pressure.

Well made. Multiuse item. I recommend
Well made. Gave 5 stars for travel. I would advise not by plane. It would take up a lot of room.I use it for quad sets, and it works perfectly for those. If you need to bend your knee(s) for pain control, this would work well.
