One didn't work, the other did
No big deal, it's a small and cheap audio part, but it's a good thing it was a 2-pack. One didn't work, but the other did, and I only needed to splice one optic audio cable to reach the TV. Discarded the other one, and the price is right. The one that works works perfectly. These things happen. I didn't contact the seller or submit for a refund. Cheap and disposable, no issues.

These worked great for extending the fiber optic cable between my amp and tv
I had to move my tv about 15' further away from my amplifier and the original fiber optic cable was already installed behind a finished wall. I used the Fiber Optic Cable Extender Female to Female connector with an additional 15' standard fiber optic cable and it worked great. There is no noticeable difference in the sound.
