I have spent so long researching diffusers! We had the original tisserand one with cassettes that was really noisy, then had a cheap innogear one that became really noisy and replaced this with a tisserand one that then broke after a few weeks! I liked the idea of getting one that was a bit more money and hopefully better, but there’s a dizzying choice and they all get polar opposite reviews, some love them, others have problems. In the end I chose this one because it looked pretty and made for zen seem to make diffusers for neals yard and supply John Lewis. Also, I didn’t want ceramic or glass, as I was worried about accidentally breaking it. And I wanted it to be easy to keep clean.I can’t speak for how long it lasts, but it exceeded my expectations in just how beautiful it is. It’s not plasticky at all. The base is metal and the outside resin, which looks like the gemstone/ glass. I had to tap it when it first arrived I was so convinced it was glass. It is pretty quiet, just a very low hum/ swoosh noise and the occasional dripping, which I actually quite like. It diffuses the oils well.It’s simple with an on off for the light and constant or intermittent for the diffuser. It’s got a simple inside mechanism that looks easy to keep clean.My only niggle is that it’s got only a 2 m cable, which means we’ve had to use an extension for where we wanted it on the mantelpiece. But I can live with that, since it is so so lovely.I’m very pleased with this diffuser. It’s functional, but beautiful, I wish they made more appliances like this. It means when it’s not diffusing, it is still functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

I got this because it goes with my saltlamp. But its definitely not worti the money. I've had it on for 30 minutes, I'm sitting in a small room and can barely smell anything. My other one was 40 pounds, changes colour, two speed settings with a remote control.I wished I'd sent it back.

Beautiful but broken after 2 months - buttons do not press in and does not function- return window only 1 month. Very disappointed due to high cost. Don’t waste your money - low quality product

I suffer regularly with migraines and have found that the pinkish light from salt lamps and the smell of vanilla helps (have no idea why but it does) so to have an oil diffuser that mimics the same light AND can diffuse scented oil was a real boon.You can choose to have the light or diffuser set independently or together, and the diffuser has two settings - constant or a short blast every 30 seconds. It also has an automatic cut out if the water runs out. It makes a gentle hum and plink of the occasional water droplet dropping back down into the reservoir from the condensation - it’s quite a soothing noise but seeing as I wear earplugs when I have migraines it makes no difference to me anyway.It’s easy to clean and has a pull out power cord (so you don’t have to carry the plug with you to the sink when you need to clean/refill it) and the vapour starts issuing from it about 10 seconds after you switch it on.When I was reading some reviews before I bought it, there were quite a few people who were complaining because they thought the pink dome would be made of genuine rose quartz or that the swirly pattern would move. It’s made of a thick resin (not glass is you’re worried about it potentially smashing around kids or pets) and it has been made with a marbled effect of white an neutral pinks (no the patter doesn’t move when switched on if you’re wondering).I absolutely love mine - it was on the expensive side but it was exactly what I was looking for. There are obviously much cheaper oil diffusers on the market, plus a helluvalot more expensive - if you are looking for one that is attractive to look at or ambient lighting AND easy to clean, then I can’t recommend this one highly enough.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful diffuser, would of been perfect if came with remote, & extra features, light dim? light colour change? Literally just on/off & mist setting for the £60 price.Not genuine rose quartz, it’s plastic of course just incase you missed that part unlike me lol!

I've had many diffusers.have past them on .wanted one that looks nice on fireplace. This is perfect.all through bit expensive.is worth it.only real comment cable is short could of been longer.

This is my 3rd Made by Zen diffuser. I have one in my lounge; one in the hall and one in my bedroom.I love the fragrances that emanates in the room, filling my home with lovely scents.I have also gifted their diffusers to my daughters, who love them too.They are the best diffusers.
