Good quality, adjustable weight (I just used the max). So essential to my rehabilitation. Highly recommend.

Very hard to take the weights in and out for this active, healthy 40 year old. But if you have any dexterity issues, I don’t think it would be possible to adjust these! I wish I would have done a little more research and bought more user-friendly weights.

I use 5 pounds in each ankle weight, and these do not stay in place. The metal clip eventually pulls all the stitching needed to keep it vertical out, making them impossible to do up tightly. They end up resting over the ankle and feet like old-timey horse cobbles. Like the feathering on a Clydesdale horse.

These are perfect! Just lost a star because if you have thick ankles/calves, they may not be good for you as the velcro might not reach

These are light to heavy. I do like them they do serve the purpose. A bit awkward when you start pulling the weighs out. It was worth it to me.
