These are pretty much a o e size fits all, so depending on how big your legs are they are going to hurt or they're going to be too big. I have used them twice now trying to get use to them and it's different to get use too. Double check your box because the pictures advertised show a support strap that I didn't receive with my pair. To be honest this is a cheap version of the inversion boot I would rather spend the money on the table or a high end better pair of boots.

I bought these because I didn't the ankle locks on my new inversion table after 1 foot slipped out causing the other foot to slip out and landing on my head & neck. I didn't expect them to be so heavily made. They weigh a couple of pounds each with a dense 1.25" foam padding that fits securely around my angles. Much more secure than what came on my teeter table.

These were great for about 4 weeks, but I noticed both sides are developing a a rpped cushion after several uses. If the rip continues the boots will start to cut into ankles when using. Not well made... a leather wrapped cushion might be a better option.

had an old inversion table but the pieces had disintegrated. this was the next best thing to purchasing a new rig. removed the old pieces and used this instead. gave a new life to my old inversion table.
