I use clam juice in cocktails, chowders and Japanese soups. I usually buy whatever I can find at the market, but since trying Bar Harbor, I seek this brand out. It has a nice, bright, clean briny flavor that doesn't taste too fishy. It's a quality that's hard to find in canned/jarred seafood products. My family is also a fan of this company's canned chowders and bisques- they do a great job with canned seafood.If you need clam juice for any recipe or want to kick your bloody Marys to the next level- add a bit of this clam juice and be prepared for compliments!

Beautiful clam juice - I use it in place of fish stock for a gorgeous clam and pasta soup I make. It is hard to find clam juice in the UK but I am very happy that this company shipped overseas.
