A great fit and a nice product
The media could not be loaded. Fast install, looks nice, works perfectly. I have a small bathroom with no sink, so this is a perfect fit. Highly recommended.

Works.
It fits on top of my 18 years old tank just fine. It is 3/4" wider than the unit without the support span. The only thing that I didn't foresee was the tank was a wide but short. The seat cover open is above the tank making access to the water a little awkward but still usable. So, having newer narrower but taller tank will definitely make the fitment better.

Awesome
Super awesome, I really like this thing for my basement one-third bathroom. Works as perfect as you'd expect. The one thing to improve, add a thin plastic wall to the back of the sink to act as a backsplash since most toilets are backed right up to a wall (and mine is paint). I mean it's only day one, but this functions so well I can't believe there aren't commonly available, cheapish toilets pre built like this already—toilets are only like $120 for dual flush models from a consumer priced box store, add a sink and really maximize bathroom efficiency.

I love this! Every home in California should have this.
My plumber installed a new Toto Drake 2 - 1.28 gpf elongated toilet and I purchased this Sink Twice topper because I've been wanting one for years. This was the first topper my plumber ever installed in 30 years of plumbing. I explained the mechanics, he looked at it, and installed it in less than a minute (but I screwed the faucet in place with a hex nut beforehand). It was easy even though the Toto toilets are a little different inside the toilet tank than Kohler and American Standard tanks. The included instructions were easy to follow and I'm positive I could have done it, though he was already there. Reviewers have complained about sturdiness, but it's a strong durable plastic. I got the specs for the toilet tank and checked it against the measurements for Sink Twice and it's great together. There's a bit more overhang on the depth which I allotted to the back of the tank), but a closer fit width-wise. The plumber advised that I add some adhesive so it wouldn't move around, but it hasn't been an issue for me. I have not jostled it at all. The water flow is good and I'm using the included flow regulator. I do splash the toilet lid at times (some drops, nothing huge), but I can't think of any alternative design that would really reduce the splash anymore. My toilet is 1.28 gpf and this is plenty of water to wash your hands. If every household in California had this, it could make a difference in reducing our water usage. Obviously, it's impact is not as great as commercial/agricultural interests, but it really does the trick as a closed loop system here for you eco-minded folks. I also considered a manual bidet with this system and didn't move forward with it, but from what I've read, it works in concert together as well. Have fun with your new Sink Twice!

Only use when no room for a normal sized sink.

This will help you to reduce your water consumption.
I said that it would reduce your water consumption. I phrased it that way because I don't know if it will help you to save money. If you pay rent, your water is probably included. BUT money is not the most important thing. We must conserve our resources if we hope to be able to share them. This will help you to do that. If you are not paying rent, this WILL help you to save money.I'm not a plumber, but I was able to install this by myself. The manufacturer is very helpful and was able and willing to answer a few questions I had. For example, the instructions differentiate between a high pressure toilet and a low pressure toilet. I did not know which I had. I asked Home Depot. They were not able to help. I knew my toilet was low-flow. Did that mean low pressure? Short answer - no. I contacted the manufacturer and he told me that most toilets in the US are high pressure. Mexico and some other countries have low pressure toilets. I just needed to know so that I would follow the right instructions.Another thing which is helpful. When you detach the original refill tube from the refill valve, keep it. You may find that it is difficult to stabilize the fill cycle diverter over the overflow tube. If so, you can add a segment of the tube that you saved to the bottom of the fill cycle diverter so that it anchors the fill cycle diverter in the overflow tube. I sound like a plumber, don't I? No, definitely not a plumber.Good luck! I think you will be happy. I hope to get the manufacturer to customize one for my other toilet which has a rectangular dual flush control in the existing tank top.One other point which I would like to add now, manufacturer suggests using Method brand sea mineral foam soap which is available from Target. It may be available from other places too. Apparently, some soaps, e.g. organic lavender soap, can contribute to mold growth in tank. We don't want that. I believe some reviewers have made a complaint on that subject. I'm quite prepared to plot and plan worksarounds :-)

Utility sink
Awesome product, great for the space since we don't have a drain in the basement toilet area.

Great support from the family owned manufacturer, very happy!
I was frustrated at first because I received what must have been return and it was missing a set of pieces required to set up the sinktwice. I contacted the number on the instructions that came with it and he immediately answered, let me know it was a family business and IMMEDIATELY sent me the misssing parts. He couldn't have been more helpful. Also, note that I ordered TWO units, one was missing a couple important parts that he's sending, the other was complete, and it works perfectly as shown. For the folks that have an issue with the clean water coming from their pipes that goes to the toilet being their handwashing water - it's not for you. But for those who don't want to waste water and don't need drinking class water to use the restroom, it's perfect. Totally recommend. :)
