Q: does it come with a lock?

yes - however I ordered a separate luggage lock that is TSA approved.

Q: Is it the same color as the picture?

I wish I had taken a picture, but this is a very good depiction of the one that I received.

Q: How tall is the handle from floor telescoped all the way up? Will it accomodate person 6ft tall?

I just measured and it is 41 inches. I think it would be just fine for 6 ft. Enjoy!
