Kinesio Pre-Cut Application Foot Tape

it is pre-cut but u can easily cut itwith the same price you can get a whole role and cut it with scissors

This tape is worthless. Very thin and almost no adhesive. Two or three days wear? Ha!! Only if you are laid up in bed during that two or three days. And make sure you don't plan on walking anywhere because this tape certainly won't be on your foot. Again, laid up in bed applies.Please don't spend your money on this product. K-Tape or Mueller k-tape are the brands to go with if you want actually foot pain relief.

Great for both my husband and I when we had tendon issues in the bottom of our feet.

Not what I expected I need to read the product descriptions more now. Not a great value
