Works perfectly, but BEWARE--no FACEPLATE included
Works perfectly, straightforward 3 wire install. NOTE---there is no Faceplate included with this--only the actual switch. I didn't need a faceplate, but if you're replacing a normal toggle switch, you'll need to buy a new faceplate also. Took one star off for this---they should mention that in the listing since the majority of other switches on AMAZON include a new faceplate. I bought this because it was name-brand GE.

Works predictably but lights dim/brighten with minor voltage spikes
This is a no-neutral dimmer. I'm guessing that without a neutral no attempt is made at regulating the output. As a result, the lights controlled by this dimmer will brighten and dim as other appliances turn on or off in the house. This is only noticeable when the lights are dimmed fairly low. For reference, mine is controlling four 75w equivalent dimmable LED bulbs (Home Depot EcoSmart)
