Pretty good to use as a referring method
As someone currently studying for the NASM CPT and looking to expand my knowledge further, I really appreciate having this book in my library. It's a valuable resource for studying materials like "Insight" and "Give the Motion," and I find it very helpful. Thank you for putting together such a great work!

Great way to learn anatomy
Loved this book! Andrea Thatcher shows how movements affect certain muscle groups and provides a place for notes as well.

Now I can talk to physical therapists!
This book is exactly what I've been wanting and looking for after getting injured. Now I can explain and understand things when I talk to orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, and physical trainers. Sorry of think they should teach this in high school as a basic welcome-to-your-body class.

This is anatomy made clear in a systematic and multi-faceted approach. It has all the information a personal trainer needs to know; what the muscle is, how you work it; how you stretch it and even a workbook section where you can test your own knowledge as well! It was so helpful in my own certification process, and I use it all the time when designing programs or teaching courses where anatomy is involved.T. McGillis, BASc., OHP/NCPcanfitpro PRO TRAINER
