Q: Does this shampoo keep blonde color treated hair from dulling? I am looking for something that keeps color bright without drying out my hair.

I am a brunette and it seemed to keep from brown hair from looking dull.

Q: Why is it so watery? the other garnier masks are much thicker.

Sorry I have the same problem. I don’t see any difference in my hair when I use it. I won’t buy again.

Q: Is there no safety seal under the lid or plastic wrap seal?

July 2022. Still NO safety/protective seal/film on this product. That simple seal would make ALL the difference for 1000's of customers. How about it Garnier? Thank you.
