Yes, the wheels turn on the 3 trucks, but there is no turning wheels or tracks on the tank. The tank turret does turn, though, And the helicopters propellers will move.

It’s the color of an army vehicle. There is a helicopter that is blackish. Like a blackhawk would be my guess. One of the helicopters tails broke off within minutes.. they are not sturdy,
