Hello,One of the three light bulbs I ordered turned out to be defective. When I try to change the color from white (6500K) to a colored one, the bulb just dims and stops working. If I try to switch from white to warm (for example, from 6500K to 2700K), the bulb first dims down to 10% and then turns off completely on its own.I understand that this is just one out of the three bulbs that isn’t working, but it seems like such items should be checked before shipping—or at least, I don’t know, something should be done about this…Thank you.

White light not working. Cant make custom lightening

The build feels great and robust, but I have constant disconnects, and after a few months they simply stopped connecting entirely, just regular bulbs now. They are in the same room with the router (and it's very high end router)It's pretty difficult to adjust the light to match actual warm bulbs or warm legs. When setting to color temperature other than cold white the light dims significantly and is no longer bright enough for a large room. Overall, disappointing...

I have a smart home with HomeKit and while Homekit isn't advertised on the product, the app has a homekit button. Regardless, the bulb doesn't turn on out of box and it won't sync with the app on android or IOS, so I ask for help and support tells me they can't help me until I update the firmware, but to update the firmware I have to connect to the app. Hahah. Well, that's why they get 1 start. Doesn't work and support is too ignorant of the product to help.

I wanted to turn off the lights without getting off of bed, but after seeing the name brands (philips, etc) being priced so ridiculously high, I looked into Xiaomi. I’ve always have a positive experience with xiaomi appliances, and although still expensive for a lightbulb (hence the 4 stars) it worked great. It has all the RGB function as well as an easy to use app. Unlike smaller indie brands, I don’t think Xiaomi will go out of business in recent years which means the app will be updated.
