Q: What's the weight of them after they're installed on the drone?

My Dji mini 2 weighs 244 g with battery. Adding the prop guard takes it to 291 g.

Q: Do thes fit my mini se ?

I don't know but YouTube videos I have watched of my own Mini 2 and mini SE give me the impression that they are the same chassis with different spec components so I think there is a good chance they will do the job. You can always buy, try and return if don't fit. I would recommend buying from Amazon as DJI are expensive for postage. I'm sorry if I have waisted your time with this answer.
