Just what I needed.

I love the concept of a smaller size container of grout, with mix ratio on the container. I bought this just to fill in some small damaged areas and really didn't want to deal with buying loose stuff, needing to mix it in some sort of container, etc. So this product fit that exact need, and it matched the color of my current grout very nicely.I followed the directions exactly and filled in all the damaged/worn spots, including going back over it with water and letting it cure. However, this grout never really set. If it gets wet it just dissolves again. Also, within a week it cracked and popped out of one of the patches. It took 3 years for the old grout to give in that spot, and it's not high traffic, at all. It'll work for now but this is pretty disappointing.Oh, also, the product I received was per the listing name, linen, not gray as shown in the photo.

Frustrating. The photo shows "natural gray" which I wanted but it's actually linen colored. Well I admit that I should've read the details closer before ordering, it is frustrating and feels misleading When the photo is wrong.

I don't know if my container was shortchanged on grout, but added water to fill line as per instructions and it's like soup. Instructions say to wait 10 minutes, okay. Came back, still soup. Waited another 15 minutes and same drill. This is completely unacceptable. As it's late. I'm tired. Wanted to grout my floor so the countdown to cure would begin and nope. Not to mention Home Depot is closed. If you get this product, add half of what they ask for, which is 2.8 ozs. I'd say start with 2 ozs and take it from there.
