Q: Will it cure in cold weather without applying heat?

not very good in the cold you’ll need a heat gun or a hairdryer, it says do it when at least 70 outside but I did mine in 38 degree weather and mixed it up in the house and applied to the rear frosted and then held a heat gun too it took about 5 to 7 minutes to cure hard and it’s been on my window for two years holding strong.

Q: Can you use this to repair solder connections for antena

It's not designed for that purpose and it depends on the type of solder connection you are referring to. If it's a solder connection then I would assume you should be able to use actual solder. But this product does have an epoxy with excellent conductivity so if you are using it for a printed circuit board antenna connection I would think it would work, though there are other types of repair kits designed for that specific purpose.

Q: Can this be used to "repaint" the tab area on the glass? Mine is gone.

what to use to repaint the area where the tabs are glued to ? when I cleaned the area on the glass where the tab goes I removed the silver. Can I use the glue to fix the defroster line repair?
