Q: How do we know if the nutritional information is real? Is it in the specified package? since I don't see anything.

You can look it up on the company's website. You can't always trust everything on Amazon they try to make listings as accurate as possible but it is difficult to edit them. A company's website with detailed spec sheets is the best way to get specific information.

Yes it appears to be from what I can tell. Works the same in our recipes. All-purpose not bread formulation.

Q: What is the expiration date on the package?

Good Afternoon. King Arthur's bulk pack flours are have milling dates marked on the bag rather than expiration dates. We are currently shipping flour that was milled on April 23, 2020.
