Arrived promptly with all pictured components included
I'll have to use the batteries for a while before I can comment on their quality, but the product arrived as promised, with four batteries each in their own little case as well as the charger and cord. The cord is pretty short, but it's a common type and should be easy to replace if you need a longer one. I plugged the batteries in to make sure they were fully charged, and they didn't take very long to indicate they were fully charged, so they appear to have been shipped charged or close to it. I figure even if the life isn't quite as long as name-brand, with four spares I'll be able to take a lot of pictures and video before running out!

After 6 months
Ive only used these for a total of a week over the past 6 months. At first, it was all good besides that the batteries were a little loose in the charger and id constantly have to make sure they were charging. Ive recently started to use them again after 5 months and the batteries dont hold any more charge and the charger itself doesnt charge. Only two slots charge now. Id rather just buy from sony themselves, but i took the gamble. If it was me, i wouldn't buy them.

Perfectly working combination that is flawless. Easy to use. The batteries are equal to the original battery that came with the camera! I love it!

Batteries are great the charger needs redesigned
These replacement batteries for my Sony Handycam work just like the OEM battery that came with my camera.The only issue I found with this package was the charger. I found I had to wedge folded paper between the batteries and the charger, to get the charger to actually work. It would start charging but if bumped, or the battery would shift (even slightly) it would lose its connection to the battery and stop charging.But with the used of the paper wedges it now works. This was it's only flaw.

Very flimsy
It’s just ok. After while the batteries won’t charge or you have to keep pressing it down. It’s not a seamless effort at all.
