Q: Hello, Can someone explain the dimensions of this product 4.7 x 2 x 0.8 in? Thanks very much! Cant seem to figure out what the 2 x 0.8 is

2 is the depth of the pan .(sides ) 0.8 is the thickness of the medal. 0.8 is very good !

Q: What is the diameter of the flat interior bottom of the 4.7" pan?

The flat interior appears to be approximately 4" in diameter, perhaps slightly more. The edges do not flare out a great deal. I use this pan to make eggs. After seasoning, it is nonstick. It is a great pan. You also do not have to fuss with it as much as cast iron.

Q: what are the instructions for seasoning the pan?

Follow the Mineral B directions for seasoning the pan. It takes a while to get to "non stick" but it's worth it.

Q: Is there a lid available?

Not a factory lid but, anything of a similar size will work.
