Easy to use and was perfect for our family of six. I didn’t realize that the flour came with turmeric in a separate part at the top of the package. We always have turmeric so we didn’t need it, but it might be very helpful for someone who doesn’t have it.

My all time favorite for making Banh Xeo. Add coconut milk instead of water taste great.

love this even tho it is a bit expensive for what you get. My DIL is Vietnamese and this is one of my favorite things that she cooks.

It has mixing directions in english calling for 3 cups water and 1 “bowl” coconut milk. How the heck much is in a “bowl”?
