Q: If my digital says 66 and analog says 60, should I adjust the analog to match it?

It depends on whether you've calibrated your digital hygrometer or not. GENERALLY speaking, the digital ones tend to be more accurate than the analog, and there are many, many folks who say, "Aw, the digital is accurate enough. Just go with those readings." That's fine for a lot of people, but my way of thinking says, "Until you KNOW by actual testing that the digital hygrometer is spot on, then you've really no way of knowing whether it's even as accurate as the analog - let alone more so." Right now, I have 2 non-adjustable digital hygrometers that I bought on Amazon for $10 (total.) I took time when they were new to calibrate each of them using the Boveda 75% salt test calibration kit ($7.99 and good for as many calibrations as you want to do as long as its within 90 days of when you first open it.) One of them turned out to be 6% off (was reading 69% when the test was done) and the other read 7 % off (reading 68%) when done. Meanwhile, the analog hygrometer on my Scotte humi was reading dead on when I put the (now calibrated) digital hygrometers into it and let them sit for about 12 hours. At the end of that time, the humi analog read 69%, one of the digital ones 63%, and the other digital showed 62% so all 3 were in agreement. I really would put your digital one through the Boveda calibration kit for 12 hours minimum, 24 hours maximum. Hope all this helps.

Q: Does this need to be seasoned before use?

It’s acrylic so it doesn’t need to be just put a boveda pack in it and you’re good

Q: What is the "correct direction of the humidifier?" Directions don't tell you, I'm assuming grille goes up?

The grille faces up! 10 drops of distilled water.. do know that your humid will be higher than the range. I eliminated that by solely using a Boveda pack. Keep the humid un the perfect range.
