This is a great value and high quality for your money weightlifting belt! It is super easy to adjust, take on and off and stays in place well with the locking mechanism. I love the design and how comfortable it is to use during heavy lifts. If you have back and disk issues (bulging, or slipping discs) I would highly recommend using this! It will help you learn how to breathe properly as well (or look at videos to learn more) to help prevent injuries.

Love this belt for squatting weight over my body weight. The Velcro straps let me quickly adjust it to the tightness I want. It has held up well over time, making it well worth the low price compared to other belts. Some people like bulkier belts but I have found this to be perfect when I’m lifting and helps me avoid any back pain!! For reference I am 5’7” 143lbs

A great at home weight lifting belt.

I mean it’s ok it’s nothing crazy. If you gain any weight it looks ridiculous and doesn’t work as well. The size of it though is very nice. The locking mechanism is just a simple Velcro so if you’re doing heavy weight and it’s a little old it will fall off.
