At least their customer service was decent....

Started getting codes on my O2 so I bought these to replace them. They do not come with Anti-seize like Bosch do. Easy to install, connectors work as intended; however, these were defective straight out of the box. Started pulling new codes.I emailed the seller and told them my issue. They offered me a 50% refund and a new set, which I declined and countered with 100% refund and no replacements (I bought Bosch instead). The seller agreed and sent me a return label.Unfortunately, I had to pay for the return of the item as well, so, at least they only got me for $10 and not the $71 I paid.

These sensors were not the right ones as described... i had received similar ones from Ebayy that were also obviously wrong... gave up and ordered from a different seller that were the right ones.
