Updated: 5 December 2025 - please read the end for “dentist recommendation” I have tried “so many” toothbrushes and by far this one is the best out of many I’ve tried, including store bought Colgate, bamboo, OralB, Wisdom etc but this one really does the flossing action between teeth and gums which I can feel. It’s definitely a medium soft toothbrush. Has a good size, it reaches my back teeth without struggle. Loving the colour, I bought the pink one. I usually floss my teeth after brushing and since I started using this toothbrush, it’s much cleaner between teeth. Lovely protective case. I was actually very happy with this item, until my dentist told me I should go for a soft/extra soft toothbrush if I can find, although I have mentioned I had a medium soft brush, she told me to change it. I am pretty gentle while brushing and I do not have any problems with my teeth or gums BUT apparently medium soft / medium/ hard bristles can also “cause” gum recession.. I will look for a very soft/ soft toothbrush. Including electric toothbrush heads.. Next time I go to see my dentist I will take my toothbrush with me :)

Naturally I can't quite get the clean with this tooth brush that I get with my sonicare, but if I use this for 2 minutes, the clean feels very nearly as good. It is very comfortable to use, keeps it's shape and the brush head is just the right size to get everywhere. I go out of my way to get this brand as a result. It comes with a very good tube for storage and travelling. It's well designed and good value for money.

I’ve bought several of these toothbrushes, choosing them initially because they looked nice. However, they seem to be labelled all wrong. I wanted soft toothbrushes & got medium. I purchased another, making sure I chose correctly, but I was still sent the exact same medium. After purchasing 4, & making sure I chose the "soft" options, every one of them were the same. I haven’t returned them because I gave them to different family members, but they are a bit more expensive than I’d normally purchase, so after buying several, & never getting what I wanted, I’d say it’s been an expensive experience & an inconvenience. ONLY BUY IF YOU WANT MEDIUM OR POSSIBLY HARD TOOTHBRUSHES!!

After using this toothbrush my teeth feel smooth and clean. I have tried a few toothbrushes and this one is the best I have used so far for getting a thorough clean. I recommended it to all my family members who also use this toothbrush now.

Great manual toothbrush which if used correctly will really clean your teeth.i have tried unbranded charcoal brushes in past they were not the same quality and didn't do the job.so I'd advise stitch to official nano b toothbrushes. You will need to replace them every 3 months but well worth the feeling of clean teeth.you actually get a squeak to your teeth similar to the fairy washing up liquid squeak on clean crockery.no need to charge up this toothbrush highly recommend.

Da quando ho scoperto questi spazzolini non posso farne a meno. Morbidi, leggeri non danno fastidio. Li compro sempre.

This is a very high quality toothbrush and very soft bristles for my sensitive gums. It also has a very nice case to keep it clean and for traveling. Overall this is my favorite toothbrush. Shipping takes a while almost a month it comes from Switzerland. Worth the wait. It is also a pretty toothbrush.

great toothbrushes as far as i can tell! Took the previous lot to India ,and never had any gum or tooth problems. Delivery was quick but expedited freight is expensive now, but if you want stuff from USA, USPS is super slow, and so it is from anywhere else- the local postal service is super slow. These tooth brushes i ordered from England but paid extra to ensure they were delivered in a timely manner ,and if you decide to go local post you'll be lucky to even get it these days.
