Multi-Functional and an Everyday Use! Great for Stocking Stuffers!
I was looking for a car charger that would actually work and was compatible with my '05 Equinox, and this is it! I was first introduced to this product by my brother, and when I found out Amazon had it for under $20, I decided to get one. The thing I like the most about it is the ability to charge most devices with both a three-hole plug-in and two USB ports, meaning you can charge three things at once. This is an absolute steal at the price point, because it is compact, inexpensive, and is something you can take advantage of every day. I have personally used this for computers, charging game controllers, and of course, cell phones, all on the go, and mainly every day as a college student. And, this is something that is notable in your car and is something that will definitely get you compliments. Based off of that, you may ask if it is bulky if it is noticeable, and the answer is no. This is something that you could easily hide next to your seat, in the back seat, or the generic center console, which is where I have mine. Not a lot of people have car chargers, so this could be an unexpected surprise especially if you need to rush to a business meeting and forgot to charge overnight. You can use all of your devices, while maintaining a high percentage on your devices, which is helpful when using Maps on a long road trip. There is also a wide range of voltages that it will charge, so I'm sure it will work for all of your devices, unless you are a scientist, then maybe you should invest in two, but at this price point, why not??!! Overall, this is a multi-functional and useful tool that doesn't take up too much space, and for the price point, this would serve as a great gift (stocking-stuffer) for the holidays or for the person in your life that forgets to charge anything, and it would also help the kids in the backseat while they are watching their tablets on the way to school.

best cell phone charger I ever bought
This little sucker is great, it will charge any cell phone from dead to full charge in about an hour(provided you aren't using it every minute) and the charging works flawlessly. my car is kinda a pain in the neck because it's a newer chevy Malibu and they want to "conserve power". when I am driving I plug in my phone and it charges great and quite a bit. I just got some longer USB cables so i can put it in the back seat and run the cord to the front cup holder to charge my phone. If you need longer cables just look for them on amazon. My cig plug is under the center console so i run the Power Inverter cord to the back and the USB cables to the front. I haven't used the power inverter yet, as i needed it for work to charge drill batteries, and that should be fine as well, considering that the charger is only 80 watts. i will post another review when i test it. if you are getting it just for a cell phone charger, buy it, it works great. The small batteries for the ryobi drill kit i got actually don't last really long, that is why i purchased this, but the batteries i got this for so i could use mthe drill battery charger in the truck the batteries are working better. anyway, buy this thing it's worth 20 bucks.

Working well for my purpose!
Using this inverter to power a small fountain pump driven from a solar panel + battery. I have an IOT switch (yolink) on the 120v side so that the fountain can be turned off at night. Current draw when the fountain is off is relatively low which is good for battery life. I have not stressed this inverter so I can't speak to its durability.

Died the second time I needed it in almost three years!
I purchased this for that rare event when needed so in the almost three years of ownership, I only used it twice - the first time I received it in the mail (to make sure it works) and yesterday when I actually needed it while sitting on the freeway for three hours waiting for a traffic accident to be cleared. It did not work the second time. Instead, I only get the flashing red/blue indicator on the power button, meaning overload. The sad thing is that it flashes when it detects my 65watt Dell power supplies (from two different laptops) plugged into it *but they are not even plugged into either laptop* which is crazy!

Fair Price for a good inverter.
I really like this power inverter. It does falsely advertise a little. It's actually only 100watts continuous and 140 peak for a short period of time. Regardless of that fact, it works perfectly for my needs. This has one 120V outlet and two USB outlets. I believe they are 2.1 amp each. The USB outlets do charge my phone rather quickly ( I have an S6 edge). I use the 120v to charge my drill battery that I use for work. I like that it comes with a mounting bracket and two screws. Also, when inserted into the bracket it clicks and locks in. You have to push a button to release, which makes that awesome for rough terrain or a really bouncy truck. It has a power on off switch, which is conveniently located on top. I did not rate 5 stars because I believe it should have came with port covers for the outlets. If it had that, 5 stars all the way. If you're looking for a power source and plan on using low power consuming devices (100watts or less continuous) this is the way to go. People get upset because they buy power inverters and try to use space heaters with them. Not only is that unsafe but, it's illogical to think, that a space heater on low that takes a minimum of 750watts continuous and on high, a minimum of 1500watts, and that any power inverter lower than that wattage rating would work. Always check UL listing on all electrical devices, they have a lot of useful information. In summary, I would purchase this again, if I needed a second, and recommend to anyone in the market for one.

For small jobs this is a great inverter. I like the fact that it does ...
For small jobs this is a great inverter. I like the fact that it does not have a fan. I only load it with about 10 to 15 watts and it runs cool. I have one that has been in use over a year 7/24 in a solar installation and it has not had any issues. Do remember this is a low power inverter and if you try to plug a big load into it you will get what you deserve. As Forest G said, "stupid is as stupid does". Use it correctly and you will be very happy.

Works well.
Works well. It allows me to convert traditional appliances to portable tools such as charging drill batteries while on location without wall plug in available.

Very Durable But Poor Design Features
This product has great potential but falls short in a few usability areas. The Pros: It is well built, sturdy, and appears very durable. The Cons: It has a very short cord, and is not shaped well for mounting. Granted many users will not mount it, but other options exist that have mounting options to make it a truly useful item for your vehicular office needs. For the price and quality of the build you cannot go wrong with this item. Submitted By: Joshua Garfinkle
