Look great but probably not for everyone
I purchased these because they were inexpensive and I liked the variety of colors/patterns.The good: the colors and patterns are quite nice and I like the way they look. The socks are not too long which I appreciate. The bad: the main thing with these socks is they seem like they will develop holes really quickly (after a couple weeks they have not yet). They are rather thin, but I feel like the fit around my toes and heel is very tight and I am only a size 10 shoe. If you have larger feet than this I would be wary - I feel like my toes are about to poke through everytime I put them on.I am pleased with this purchase but would look elsewhere if you want really soft, durable socks. If you want a nice look, and especially if you only plan on wearing them occasionally, I would definitely suggest these.Update- these never did get holes in them, but after about a year in heavy rotation the thin material of the socks have become grimy and stiff (yes, I washed them after each use) and I don't wear them anymore. For the price, this seems fair, just be aware they probably won't last as long as some other more durable socks out there.

Six for about the price of two...
Socks were packaged nicely in a plastic bag. Delivery was on time and boxed perfectly for shipping. Six socks priced about the same as two. That's nice! They fit as expected, a tad on the small side, hardly noticeable. For the price, they are comfortable. Designs are nice.

Not too bad if a tad small.
I knocked a star off because these are a tad too small. I can fit them but they are more like sausage casings on my feet/legs. Plus, the only go about a quarter up my calf. When I buy stocking socks I like at least mid-calf.Great material and cool patterns. I received compliments on the patterns actually, so I got that going for me, which is nice.

Good not great
I ordered these socks to beef up my dress sock collection which seems to have less and less pairs and more and more single socks. They do the trick for dress socks if you aren't particular about your socks. I am not, but I can understand the other reviews. They are 100% polyester, which, unbeknownst to me, means that they have very little 'give' or 'stretch' to them. Whereas most cotton or blended poly socks could fit many sizes, these are likely only suitable for those with a size ten foot and below. I wear a size 9.5 and they are fine, but I doubt you could go much higher. The look of the socks is a bit weird, and the patterns are oddly colored, and they have a feel that is rather stiff. They stay up on your leg well, but I have only owned them for two weeks so the true test is time. I probably won't buy them again, but if you need some dress socks quick in multiple colors, this is the best deal I have seen. Wal-Mart has dress socks at around $8 for two pair. I will keep and wear these socks until they are no longer suitable, but I will probably buy my next set at a store. I never realized how important 'feel' was in socks until I bought these. You get what you pay for with these, but it was worth the roll of the dice.

You get what you pay for: Awful socks
I should clarify that I never write elaborate reviews, but for this product I think it is necessary. Now, I can see why these socks would be appealing for most of us: they are inexpensive, the color schemes appear to be very practical, but not too plain; they are numerous in quantity. If you bought them for yourself, you did so for same reasons I did: we thought, "Hey, for the price, how bad can they be?" Well, I'll tell you how bad they are:1. They do not fit property. They are listed to fit sizes 10-12. Well, I'm a size 10 and from what I know about dress socks they are supposed to come up to at least the bottom of your calf, if not on the calf itself. These socks barely make it 4" past my ankle.2. The colors are mostly decent...mostly. The brown socks are so ugly it looks like the design came from a Persian rug store that was going out of business. If they are randomly lying on the ground you will be convinced it is a miniature throw-rug; one you can only buy from the slums of Abu Dhabi.3. Even the slums of Abu Dhabi would produce a fabric with better quality than this. I never felt a harsher fabric. I mean, it says 100% polyester so I didn't expect much, but this feels like the manufacturer went to great troubles to make this fabric feel uncomfortable. The socks feel like they are a hybrid of the thinnest cardboard possible fused with the most delicate sand paper ever made. If you manage to get them on your feet without ripping you, you will only regret it. You will, instantly, think this sock is awful even if you NEVER thought a sock could be awful.4. I do not understand what these socks are intended for. Traditionally, socks help to absorb sweat so that air can help evaporate the perspiration. These socks will not do that. They will turn your foot into a sweat machine to the point you think you were marching through the swamps of Vietnam. This sock will change you opinion on socks. It is a life altering sock. You will have to pour your self a drink, have a seat, gaze into the heavens and think about how, all through out your life, you have never fully appreciated socks.Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and just shell out the extra few bucks and go get decent socks so your wife doesn't have to hear you complain about socks.

Good value, but you get what you pay for
I bought these socks because as my wife and mother put it "I needed to dress like an adult and buy some damn dress socks", and dress socks have been the missing link for several years. Normally I would wear white or black ankle socks as anything longer usually drives me mad. These socks have a nice subtle pattern to them, and fit with a wide variety of outfit combinations. These socks are relatively thin (especially when compared to my cotton ankle socks) and seem to fit okay. I am giving the 3/5 because I immediately washed the socks and one of the pairs developed a split where the top middle part of my foot is. This split is covered by my shoes, however it is just as likely to happen in another place that would be visible. I can still wear the socks, however it is somewhat annoying to know that socks I hadn't worn have a split in them. All in all, for the price these are a good value, even if one of the socks has a split. I plan on purchasing another set for laundry/redundancy purposes.
