I purchased these extra-large 5-gallon storage bags to organize and store various items, and they exceeded my expectations!Pros:Massive Size: At 18” x 24”, these bags are big enough to store bulky items like bedding, clothes, and large food portions. They’re perfect for meal prepping, freezer storage, and travel organization.Durable & Thick: The 2-mil thickness provides just the right balance of flexibility and sturdiness. Unlike thinner bags, these don’t rip easily when filled with heavier items.Multi-Purpose: I’ve used them for freezing bulk meats, packing toiletries for travel, and even organizing craft supplies. They’re a great alternative to vacuum-sealed bags for short-term storage.Seals Well: The zip-style closure is secure, keeping contents fresh and preventing leaks.Cons:Not Heavy-Duty: While they’re strong for general storage, they may not withstand very sharp objects or excessive weight.Single-Use Design: These aren’t designed for repeated use, but if you’re careful, you might be able to reuse them a few times.

I like the size because I can store yarn, so it doesn't get dusty. They are nice and resealable. I got a lot of small skeins and a few small cakes in one bag, and I still have room for more. It's not super heavy thickness, but it will last me a long time. Its not really super thin, just right for my purpose. I'll probably be buying more for the future.

I measured these bags with my digital micrometer. Got exactly 2 mils. My thickest freezer bags are 2.25 to 2.5 mils. Regular sandwich/snack bags are 1 mil.They're really very big! I didn't measure if it's exactly 5 gallons as advertised, but fits at least 2 babies.

Okay so I bought these for my dogs food. I keep it in a dog food tub but my room was starting to smell like kibble. So I figured I’d get these bags - load the food into them and into the cleaned out tub. First - yes they’re big - I can’t imagine a tennis racket fitting in them lol but they’re big. Second - they’re on the thinner side. If you need them for food storage like I did - you’ll have to plan on doubling up. Only after I double the bags did the dog food stop smelling up my room.That said - for this price point (about $25 ) I’ll repurchase because I can always reuse the outside bags again (the ones that didn’t make direct contact with the food). If they were any more expensive - I’d look for an alternative. For the amount and price - it’s a decent buy.The box they came in is very different from the one pictured - if that matters to anyone. This picture resembles a well known brand for zip bags. The box that arrived is yellow and red. I don’t care but some people do so I’m mentioning it.I recommend when these are $20-$25.

I bought these to cover Christmas displays and it turned out perfectly! I will buy again.

Good sized Ziploc bags, haven't had any week so far. Sturdy enough to hold a quantity of liquid if needed though I can't imagine other than cooled soup what you'd want these for in liquid form. Lol Have not regretted the purchase so far.
