I have received faulty piece. I have complained but no response from Amazon. Amazon team not accepting that there is fault even I have shown them with screenshots and even I have verified in Casio watch shop. As per Casio watch shop the sequence number is not correct on watch so it’s faulty piece I have received. Amazon worst service I have seen….

One seldom get a chance to complain about Casio edifice. I have quite good experience with edifice earlier. This time I couldn't find backlit feature it this watch. This not even mentioned in the manual too. Digital display without backlit is incomplete package. I will suggest buyers to check this beforehand.
