it makes alot of noise so not to disceet is why i gave 3 stars only i didnt get the reason for vibrating if it for kegel(but found other uses 😉) . Kegel use only its great

May be Worth trying.
The product is comfortable. I have not use it to date long enough to rate it’s effectiveness I am sure that the Keagle muscles take time to strengthen.
