Check your Vitamin D levels!
I’ve been taking vitamins for a while, and these seem to be just as good as any of the designer brands. Vitamin D is a critically important vitamin and a huge portion of the population is deficient. The correct vitamin d level will work wonders for your body—especially your metabolism. Anyone trying to get into a healthier routine should go to a nutritionist and check their vitamin levels. If your vitamin d level is low (as it is with most people) then consider trying this product.

Good Vitamin and Value!
I've been deficient in Vitamin D for a while and my doctor recommended I take a d3 5000iu so I ordered this one to try. The price was right, the gel pills are small, and the count size lasts me 4 months. I recently had my blood checked again and my D levels came up (in the thick of winter) so I know this must be working. I am auto-subscribing to this now and recommend it to others!
