LOVE THESE!! Beautiful and functional! Placing it on my hand as pictured in the examples has helped me remember to stay focused on my intention ALL DAY. The regular visual reminder has been more helpful than any other strategy I’ve tried and I can feel myself actually making progress in holding a more positive, focused, peaceful mindset and I saw results from the shift in my mindset starting on my first day wearing one of these. I have been teaching kindergarten this year both remotely and in person and it’s BY FAR the most challenging and fatiguing thing I’ve ever done. I also have a kindergartener of my own so juggling parenting (amid a pandemic) and teaching, often at the same time, has left me feeling exhausted and discouraged by days end on more than one occasion. I tried these because I needed more support to keep my head in a healthy space and to get my stress levels back in check. These have been so life changing that I cannot imagine ever NOT using them. Definitely going to be adding these to my subscriptions for auto-delivery. And they last the perfect amount of time, 2-3 days, just when I’m feeling I need to update my intention. This is a pandemic pick-me-up that is actually useful and I think the price is very reasonable for what you get. If I’m being picky, because this product is so helpful I really can’t complain, but some feedback I’d give to the design team is that I don’t really like that the gold and teal colors are mixed with silver. It’s noticable while wearing and distracts me from fully focusing on my intentions because the aesthetic reads “cheap” to me. It should be noted that I’m very particular about visual imperfections, for example I am also very bothered by unbalanced lighting in a room and lighting that is too blue of a tone. I’d prefer just solid gold and solid teal, like the black and silver tattoos that come in the pack. I absolutely LOVE the suggested intentions for each design, though. The intentions are so well thought out— adaptable and easy to make personal, and strongly support a growth mindset with beautifully designed symbols for each...these are exactly what I needed to survive this pandemic and to end 2020 on a high note!

The entire product is really adorable. The simple design of the temporary tattoos make them look great just about anywhere. The instructions are just as calming and simple as the product itself. The tattoo lasted about 5 days on my hand, which with all the hand washing and manual work I do I think is pretty spectacular. Putting them in an easily visible spot made for a wonderful little reminder throughout the day.

This past month I've been trying really hard to be happier, more at peace and have a different perspective on life. Working in the health care field in the ER has obviously not been the easiest task especially with the current situation for almost the past year. I found my self writing affirmations and notes around my house to remind me but of course they went right out the window when I would enter those doors to work. I have only worn the reminders one day and noticed a huge difference. They would catch my eye during my shift and reminded me of what I wanted to do. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from low self esteem or just wanted to have a better mindset.

The colors and designs are great, I like to put them on my wrist once in a while. I would buy more as gifts if they were more reasonably priced.

These marks are amazing! I was given them first as a gift (so thoughtful, and I’ll be gifting them as well!) but had no idea how useful they would be. I always start the day or week attempting to be mindful and live with intention, but life often gets hectic and those intentions get pushed to the side. These marks are not only cute, but they bring me back to being present and remind me throughout the day of my bigger goals. Love them so much!

I love the idea and they look cool but only last about a day and a half.

I love the subtle reminder and the practice of setting meaningful intentions. They do hold up well. ( Of note, they will come off faster with hand sanitizer than hand soap. )

Love this beautiful reminders!! I have Severe C-PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I “Dissassociate” a lot...it’s a coping skill my uses from the extreme trauma I have suffered. These little reminders help “ground me” and help remind to focus and “be present” in a positive and beautiful way!! Love these💕
